SHIPPING

We have tried to maintain our pricing regardless of market fluctuations to help you provide the best care and products for your horse or dog.

Due to the weight of many items, shipping costs may seem high in certain cases. Be sure to check our dealers page to see if a product is available near you. Not all of our retailers carry a full line of products. Please call ahead to check availability and ask for Emerald Valley products!

All orders are shipped by UPS or US Postal Service when appropriate for savings.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

NOTE: Your cart is a computer estimate of your UPS shipping cost. Actual shipping charges are calculated at the time of shipment and will never exceed this estimate. In most cases there is a savings on the estimated shipping cost.

Regional flat rate shipping is now available on small items for even more savings.

We offer FREE shipping on full cases of our liquid herbals, either 4 gallons or 6 2L bottles.

For Customers Outside New England

In many instances for orders shipping outside of New England, Priority Mail through the US Postal service is less expensive than UPS. If you would like your order sent via Priority Mail, please specify under special instructions when you place your order.

You must receive regular mail at your address. Keep in mind, a medium flat rate box will only fit a 1 liter or 2 liter (or up to about 6 lbs), the large flat rate will hold 1 gallon or the small 15# bag of Formula 4 Feet (or up to 16 lbs). Please adhere to these guidelines, otherwise the order will be sent via UPS. Any larger orders will need to ship UPS. We will always ship your order at the best rate possible.

RETURNS

Emerald Valley guarantees your product is fresh and tested for quality assurance. Refunds are available on unopened product only for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date and may be subject to 10% restocking fee.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note: you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return back to us.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed by us.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • We do not accept returns on sale items
  • We cannot give refunds for special orders
  • Emerald Valley Mashes and Beet Treats are non-returnable

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
