SHIPPING
We will always send your order at the best possible rate. All orders are shipped by UPS or US Postal Service when appropriate for savings. NOTE: Your cart is a computer estimate of UPS shipping cost. Actual shipping charges are calculated at the time of shipment and will never exceed this estimate. In some cases there is a savings on the estimated shipping cost. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.
Due to the weight of some of the bagged feed items, shipping costs may seem high in certain cases. Be sure to check our dealer’s page to see if a product is available near you (bagged feeds, treats, mashes). Not all of our retailers carry the full line of feed products. Please call ahead to check availability and ask for Emerald Valley products!
We offer FREE shipping on full cases of our liquid herbals, either 4 gallons or 6 – 2L bottles. You will also notice savings if you purchase 2 bottles or multiple items. Many times the shipping is only $3-$5 more to ship 2 bottles at a time.
US POSTAL SAVINGS
In some instances, Priority Mail through the US Postal service is less expensive than UPS. If you prefer one shipping method over the other, please specify under special instructions when you place your order. Otherwise we will ship your order at the best possible rate.
If your order is shipped through the Post Office, you must receive regular mail at your address or PO Box. Keep in mind, a medium flat rate box will only fit a 1 liter or 2 liter (or up to about 7 lbs), the large flat rate will hold 1 gallon or two – 2 liters. Please adhere to these guidelines, otherwise the order will be sent via UPS. Any larger orders (bagged feeds) will need to ship UPS.

Emerald Valley guarantees your product is fresh and tested for quality assurance. Refunds are available on unopened product only for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date and may be subject to 10% restocking fee.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note: you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return back to us.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed by us.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- We do not accept returns on sale items
- We cannot give refunds for special orders
- Emerald Valley Mashes and Beet Treats are non-returnable
For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
